ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, Manal L. El Masry earned her B.A. in English Literature and Translation from Ain Shams University in Cairo. She furthered her education with a diploma in Marketing and Business Administration from the American University in Cairo. More recently, she has achieved a significant milestone by obtaining a Master Diploma in Professional Life Coaching and a Diploma in Counseling from Light University in the U.S.
With over 25 years of experience, Manal boasts a diverse background encompassing marketing, business development, events planning and management, and customized training programs on soft skills and parenting for youth and adults.
Throughout her career, Manal held notable roles as a Senior Marketing Specialist at the U.S. Embassy in Egypt and a Senior Commercial Specialist at the U.S. Embassy in the UAE. In these capacities, she excelled in conceptualizing and executing innovative campaigns, orchestrating both national and international conferences, devising effective marketing strategies, securing sponsorships, and coordinating numerous marketing and promotional activities. Her portfolio included trade shows, trade missions, training workshops, festivals, public competitions, health awareness campaigns, and sports events. Manal’s remarkable dedication and excellence have earned her numerous honorary and monetary awards.
Manal embarked on an entrepreneurial path by founding Ideate Project Management Services in the UAE in 2019 and recently expanded operations in the U.S. in 2024. Her expertise spans a range of industries, including Healthcare, Education, Franchising, and Training. Additionally, she actively contributes as a board member at the GEMS Camp, a U.S. not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering underserved girls in pursuing STEM careers.
Beyond her professional commitments, Manal is a dedicated volunteer with a passion for education. Recognizing its potential to eradicate poverty and stimulate economic growth, she has extended her support to non-profit organizations amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizations such as Take Hearts, Coptic Mission in Kenya, and Light for All Foundation in the Philippines have benefited from her virtual training programs. Manal has conducted extensive training initiatives for youth and leaders in countries including Kenya, Iraq, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, and the U.S. focusing on leadership development, identity, and principles outlined in 'The 7 Habits for Highly Effective People and Teens.'
In collaboration with organizations like Action Care and HSBC in the UAE, Manal has delivered workshops for high school students, covering topics such as Money Masters, Financial Wellness, and the Design Thinking Process. Her dedication has positively impacted over 1000 students across grades 10, 11, and 12.
